I suggest we deal with administrative details at 7:00 (rules, entry fee, prizes, draft order) and try to start selecting by 7:30 at the latest (with this big group). If you will be late and we are still in the first round you can still be added.

Anyone have Slava's list? I have Scorpion's list.

I will be there at 1830. Get all set up. Looks like we are at 17 + Scorpion and Slava. So 20 entries.

Just so everyone is aware ahead of time we vote on the rules fees etc. Usually something like:

Rules
a) 1 point per point, no Goalie crap
or
b) 1 point per point, 1 point per Goalie W, 4 (or 5) points for Goalie SO

a) draft 10 players
or
b) draft 11 players, with only top 10 counting
or
c) troutmans choice: draft 23 players each

Payout
a) 100% winner
b) 70/20/10%
c) 60/25/15%
d) whatever else

Then we argue with Slava for 30 minutes about the serpentine draft system.
And dodge things Rhettzky is throwing.

I feel bad about the big boards. Instead of using the internet I wrote out all the players from some hockey magazine I bought at Safeway. Was pretty much all done, 20 teams written out, when I thought wait a minute, didn't Zibenajed get traded?

So there may be some small errors.

Magazine must have been from early summer or something.

No, I picked Ovechkin, didn't I? I intentionally removed every Oiler except a select few from my sheet. Puljujarvi isn't on it.

Maybe it printed weird and he misread it? No big deal, you probably only have to cheer for him for nine games or less. Eberle will likely be there all year for you though.
