Customer service in Calgary - thoughts?

Would Springs pass the Turing Test, do you think? So many of the arguments seem so self-referential, and full of the ole rubber/glue riposte. ("I'm not crazy! YOU"RE THE ONE WHOSE CRAZY!!!!!")

I'm getting the uncomfortable feeling that Springs isn't a person at all. She's the latest product of Google Labs, and thanks to all our engagements and arguments with her; on the verge of becoming the first true AI.

Ha ha ha ha. Is that their schtik? Sounds like the food is quite good but they are completely ignorant in regards to customer service.

My experience is that service has been quite poor not only in Calgary but across Canada as a whole, and it has been that way for quite some time. I had never really noticed until spending a considerable amount of time in the U.S. in the late 90's and the difference was night and day.
