I knew his weight listing had to be off, he just looked so tiny out there. Wasn't he listed at 170+ in various places? Great prospect but I don't think he'll go top 8, probably not top 10.

I think Nylander's results were really positive. Erased one of my concerns on him. Still dont think I'd have him top 6 in this draft class but I'd have been super happy with him if we were drafting in the 8-10 range.

More interesting quotes that Brown is top 5 for some scouts.

Good results for Jost IMO. I think he's likely to go before Keller.

So for the top 3 defencemen we have the chiseled freak in Chrychrun, the pudgy Sergachev and the skinny Juolevi lol

How about trade our 1st and a 2nd for two lesser 1st's?

I'm mostly alone but I think Gauthier could be a top 5-8 pick in the draft but be available 15-20th.

Ugh. No. If we had two lesser firsts we'd all be dreaming about packaging them to acquire a pick like #6.

Take the talent at # 6 unless you trade up for a higher pick (which is what I think will happen).

Does anyone know anything about Michael Graham and how he beat the next best fatigue index on the Wingate test by 25%? He doesn't show up on any of the other top 10s.

Liking the sound of Nylander more and more. If he can play a grind it out role with Bennett or be a finisher and puck retrieval guy for the Monny/JG line, he seems like the safest pick that will be able to play multiple roles.

I project him to be like a more skilled, slightly faster Frolik.

I like that scouts reasoning for liking Alex over William Nylander. If William can't cut it in the NHL as center he could find it difficult transitioning to a winger while Alex is a natural winger, bigger and stronger.

Yeah, I've been pretty open to Nylander, but his results make me more excited rather than just contented.

He's more like a shorter, slightly more skilled Colborne, actually.

Nylander cemented his status on me wish list after yesterday. I was a bit concerned that he was going to be a bit soft physically.

Really hoping he is a Flame come draft day

With results like that you could double shift him all game! Save a roster spot!

Still torn on him. He reminds me of Ales Hemsky, and that concerns me.

I fail to see any similarity there.

Played in the USHL and is committed to Notre Dame next year. Other than that...don't know much about him. 6'2 195 Center who shoots R. 2g 4a in 14 games with the Fargo Force.

Pure skill player that doesn't do great when the games get physical? How do you not see the similarity?

Are you saying that because he's European, do you have proof or are just assuming?
