It would suck if Jason left but the good thing about this move is that it divides the house. It's better than having one dominant alliance running the house with everyone else oblivious.
And it's not a sure thing that Jason leaves either.
Votes against Jason: Clay, Austin, Shelli
Jackie, James, and Meg seem closer to Jason and I can see them vote to keep him over Becky.
Johnny Mac and Steve are unknowns and possible swing votes.
Tomorrows vote is going to be interesting.
|
Highly doubt it.
The problem with this show every season is that people are too stupid to make moves or think they should "vote with the house" so they don't make any waves.
What should happen? Jackie, James, Meg, Johnny Mac and Steve should all vote to evict Becky.
What will happen? Jackie, James, Johnny Mac and Steve will all vote to evict Jason. Meg might throw a vote to Becky.
These people are too stupid to realize though.

I think Steve will vote to evict Becky as his comments on the POV seem to indicate he has it in for her despite the show never showing him talk strategy with anyone.
Votes to Evict Jason for sure: Clay, Austin, Liz, Shelli
Votes to Evict Becky for sure: Jackie, James, Steve, Meg
Wildcards: Johnny Mac
It will be interesting to see how JM runs with. It's not apparent if he has a relationship with either Jason or Becky and I imagine Vanessa and Co will probably offer him a safe week next week.

I'm sure Clelli could get James to vote Jason

Forgot about Liz when I was counting votes.
It hasn't been shown on the TV show but JM has a thing for Becky and they are close.
I'd love it if the vote went down the way you have it.

Austin could be a wildcard if he puts that stupid hat on before he goes into the diary room to vote.

I had no idea. They really haven't shown anything on the show as they really have been focusing solely on a small handful of players this season as there are times you forget completely about some house guests.

"Shelli is evil personified"
Amazing. Gone too soon.
BoB being over is a good thing, the power can finally shift if Jackie/James/Meg win HoH.

Oh look. Another stupid cast with the most predictable game. Yawn.
Ok I'm drunk tonight and came home to watch this elimination tonight. FML.

Unfortunately the most interesting houseguests are getting picked off.

You thought Jason was interesting? I realize it's how the show edits but all I saw was kind of a bitter kid that sat in the corner with a frown on his face most of the time. I think there's still interesting people in the house as Johnny Mac will likely be a people's choice, seeing the twins angle play out will be interesting, James is totally odd ball. I really don't miss anyone that's been evicted to date as outside of Jason who was too smart for his own good they were all terrible players.

All that self-righteousness from Clay and Shelli tonight was unbearable.
I'm glad James didn't get fancy with his nominations, the idea of pawns in this game are over now that BoB is done. Nominating a pair guarantees one of them goes home.

Oh yeah, people so often forget they're playing Big Brother.
"You LIED to me? You BROKE YOUR WORD?! This is OUTRAGEOUS"
It's Big Brother, that's the whole point of the game. Say what you need to say to get ahead, then stab people in the back. They're getting everything they deserve and I hope they're on the block together on Thursday. Shelli isn't too bad but Clay is unbearably stupid and annoying.

It's official Shelli has earned the Big Brother dumb move award for 2017. "I don't think it's a good idea to win this HOH". Huh? Lets examine the pros and cons;
Positives of being HOH:
-Her and Clay are safe for another week.
-They can get rid of James or Meg ensuring their alliance is one step closer to final six.
-Ensure safety of their allies.
-You get the confines of HOH and everyone in the house kissing your butt all week.
Negatives of being HOH:
-Standing out as a powerful player winning multiple HOH
-Blood on her hands
IMO at this stage of the game there are really no negatives as the negatives I listed are simply Shelli's silly paranoia and bad strategy. You have to always maintain the strategy of one week at a time and ensuring your safety and she didn't do that and how could she not know that here and Clay would be looked at as the power couple? Being worried about getting blood on your hands is loser mentality as that's only a strategy you can employ if you are the behind the scenes master manipulator to which nobody is really playing this season.
To top it off in a bad situation she starts throwing her allies under the bus in front of everyone at the time she really needs to work with the house. Who's going to want to work with her and Clay knowing they will throw you under the bus the moment it benefits them? Shelli and Clay had a good thing going but the last week they really messed up when they started playing both sides of the house too hard panicking when all they had to to was stick with their alliance. I don't see any scenario where one of them isn't leaving Thursday as they have kind of been outed as not trustworthy at all.

Her logic behind it was sound, it was person who she chose to lose it to that was the incredibly bad choice. The one person who can lead the other side of the house and won't be afraid to break his word to get you out. Even Meg or Jackie probably would've stuck to that deal, but James was the one person up there that wouldn't be afraid to play the game hard, and you let him win.

There is no sound logic when it comes to forfeiting HOH to a person that is on the other side of the house. Cutting a deal with James, Meg, or Jackie would be akin to cutting a deal with the devil as they were all going to go for a big move and there's none bigger than breaking up the power couple. Clelly & Co. didn't stick to their deal last week so I see no reason why they would feel safe cutting a deal with people they just blindsided.

Hence what makes endurance competitions the best ones. In any normal scenario she probably doesn't cut a deal. Standing and hanging on to a leaning platform, getting blasted by ice cold water and wind for two hours can mess with you.

I loved that segment showing him mumbling. He looked so stupid after that and his terrible explanation to Meg about not knowing Jason was going.
He and Austin went to grad school? They're the two dumbest people there.

Clay may mumble, but he's played a smart game.

I used to like Shelli but she is annoying now. I hope they vote her out on Thursday and keep Clay. Not too many people left that I like. I want Johnny Mac, Vanessa or Liz to win the game I think.
Vanessa and James are deserving to be the final 2 though IMO.
