I don't know about "odds" when it comes to prospects...
The Flames developed, what, 4 or 5 career NHL'ers (400 GP) from 2004-2010?
Moss, Gio, Phaneuf, Backlund, Pardy?
You could probably even go further back to 2000 but I wasn't following the team then so I don't know which prospects we drafted.
I'm sure I'm missing someone but still, I don't think there's any guarantee that any players develop based on sheer quantity of players.
