Being skeptical is perfectly fine, but having bought off of Canuck Season ticket holders off craigslist many times, I haven't had a problem. It's all about using proper judgement with the adds.

I have game 2 tickets below cost here in the ticket exchange thread.

I never find harassment an issue at Rogers Arena but last night was the least crap I've ever taken at a game there. I jump and scream at the top of my lungs when we score but I sit down immediately. Not a peep from anyone. There was a fellow Flames fan right in front of me (his wife was a Nucks fan), and we were in lower bowl where things are probably more safe.

Also I can't say enough good things about the ushers, security, etc. They were joking with me a lot and being very good sports about it.

Then I walked home by myself in my jersey through all the hot spots amongst hundreds of Nucks fans and I did not hear one word. In fact, 5 or 6 people cheered me, or booed the Canucks.

Best hockey experience I've ever had there, although the masochist in me was looking for a little more trash talk.
