Was impressed that we 'won' the faceoff battle tonight against the Sharks. Monahan leading the way with 24 faceoffs taken. I'm not sure how else you can see him but the #1C that this team is relying on.

58:42 is the TOI for Hiller. I'm pretty sure that was all during that awesome delayed penalty against SJ where SJ didn't touch the puck for 1:18. The refs arm must have been tired by the end of that one.

Monahan, Bennett and Gaudreau in a couple years will be similar superstar power to the Blackhawks of a few years ago in Kane, Teows and Hossa.

Soon we won't be utterly outclassed by talent against teams like Pittsburgh.

Exactly the type of game the Flames would have lost 2 years ago. Huge win over a team in the playoff race and Minny does us a solid by beating Vancouver in regulation.

This. These games are invaluable to a young team developing a swagger. To think that the oilers haven't played a meaningful game in years.
