Fantastic win. I am satisfied on so many levels. Loved Bart's game. Won board battles, made some nice passes and was involved in some scrums. So proud of this team after battling hard all night.

Awesome game! Sven was very good tonight and with an assist to boot he should have qualified for next game as well. Problem is who to sit if Backlund gets back in the lineup since everybody played pretty good tonight. All in all a nice problem to have I guess.

Was at the game, and amazing atmosphere there.

Good to see Bollig and Diaz score. I thought Hudler looked pretty good too

Monahan played awesome tonight. Is it just me or has he really improved his skating even in the last 20 or so games. First steps look faster.

Russell also had a great game IMO

THANK YOU TO MY GIRLFRIEND FOR GETTING US THOSE FRONT ROW SEATS BEHIND THE JETS BENCH. MADE TURNING 23 ALL THE SWEETER! Phenomenal game to witness live. Number 23 with the empty netter from number 13. Love this team!

guy behind me, he was 7th row to the left of the flames net, was wearing a jets jersey under his flames one and would take off the flames one whenever the jets were doing well.... It didnt see the light of day much

TrucuSVENce.

The just-this-side-of-legal pick he threw on Raymond's goal was a thing of beauty, followed by him getting right in the middle of the scrum behind the net. Too bad he couldn't bury that great chance he had in the third. He was definitely playing with more swagger than we saw earlier in the year.

Nice to see Raymond and Diaz get a goal. They've really picked up their game the last couple outings and it's nice to see the hard work pay off for them.

Also, happy that Johnny was not hurt. Was great to see him next to Byfug's.

Bouma is the heart and soul of this team. I hope his body holds up & he can have a long career.

Me neither, but let's face it, a 9-2 win on my 29th birthday was always unlikely. But hey, I'll take the 1-0 win over stinking Vancouver that Ortio and the Flames gifted me this year

As for the game ... perfect. I simply love this team. Great to see Sven have a good game. Great to see Diaz rewarded for his improved play. Great to see Raymond and Bollig score. Great to see Giordano with the helmet for his 500th game. Days after a big Flames win are the best

My god was Hutchinson terrible. Not just the first goal, but Diaz's as well. The goalie was out of position.

Raymond, Diaz and Bollig scored... Treliving is a genius!

Surprisingly quiet night in the crowd. The Jets fans had nothing to cheer for, and Flames fans seem to view the Jets the way we do the Senators: complete indifference.

good job for the flames supporting cast.
aside from the Monahan goal all the flames tallies were scored by current and former goats.
Raymond
Bollig
Diaz
Jones

if byron could have popped that might have been the whole scape goat crew

things are looking good folks

Great gut it out win by the Flames in a huge game, contributions all around. Type of win you need to get in big games.

A lot of fans really looking to give props to Sven for no reason. Once again, Sven wasn't bad, not at all out of place, but really he was just there. Not a difference maker at all, simply did the things that are table stakes to be an NHL player and be a body on this team. Hope he gets more of an opportunity before the end of the year, but really, his game last night was another proof positive reason why he hasn't stuck. He does nothing to stand out, distinguish or contribute above right now. He doesn't hurt the team at all and he's doing the right things, but we have about 10 other guys that could step in and make the exact same contribution if needed. I only bring it up because quite a few on here trying saying they loved his game. If you loved Sven's game last night, then you are truly looking for reasons to compliment the guy because he was not particularily noticeable at all.

While I somewhat agree with what you're saying, Sven was the primary reason for the Flames' second goal. May have not gotten an assist, but he boxed out the Winnipeg player to give Raymond the opportunity to use his speed and score. I admired that more than the goal. He's doing the little things right, and that's what I am happy for. He almost buried one too, just tried to deke too much and slipped. He's still learning.
