They overlooked Wotherspoon.

Last year they had Reinhart 5th (ahead of players like Poirier). Now he's left off in favour of Ferland, despite being a PPG in the AHL? I don't recall if it was the same person, but if it is he's far from consistent.

They probably don't consider Reinhart a prospect anymore now that he has completed his 2nd pro season, much like how they don't consider Baertschi a prospect for the same reason.
