Yup, they are this bad this year and they had a goalie with a .923 save percentage start 40 games for them.

The question is whether Buffalo can convince some veteran talent to come lead the kids and shelter them while they develop, or if they will do the Oilers' style of throwing them to the wolves and hoping the bloody carcass can make the playoffs.

I don't see the Isles giving up a top 5 - they make the pick and pray they are better next year.
