I have both penny and not-penny on the venture that I can't load either...was thinking it may just be that the sim thinks its too easy to manipulate the venture (duhhh) so it was originally blocked.

BB (BlackBerry) is on the TSX, not the TSX Venture. My guess is buying stocks form the Venture will not be possible. Which is not a terrible thing, it will prevent me from getting crazy with the extra risky stocks.

Yeah, I would never risk my own money on BB stock, but I have a feeling the company will turn it around as they're now solely focusing on their strengths.

Anybody figured out how to buy TSXV stocks yet?
If we can't do it, I'll likely just make a series of random long shot plays. All of the stocks I have any research on trade on the Venture.

Nice on whoever got in on JC Penny.
I have a fairly rigid specific strategy that I use, I'm going to use this game to see if I can get a little loosey goosey and see if I still do OK.
In other words, I'm lazy and want to make money without doing much.

Hahaha, so I just checked the rankings...I think about half of people may have bought their stocks in $USD. I was the only one who made $$ in $CDN. #1 BABY!!!

Netflix has been a great buy so far.
I like picking companies that I think will disrupt their respective industries.
Netflix and Telsa are two big ones.
