'Hawks at Sharks scoreless after 2 periods...Scuffling Shark O have had a few chances, but everything has been on the perimeter...'Hawks have had some close in chances, but, Niemi has been good, and the 'Hawks have missed the net a couple times.

Just now going to 3rd...

Sloppy, Sloppy play on the PP by the 'Hawks...Pavelski puts in a turnover for SH goal...1-0 Sharks.

Saad with a weak-side one-timer on the same PP...now 1-1 11 minutes to go in regulation.

There was a concert at the SAP center, last night...and both teams in San Jose have struggled with bouncing pucks on bad ice...offense has been hard to generate.

Only the 98th defenceman to do so. Given the way his career started, and his style thats pretty impressive.

I can't believe that the 'Hawks are 0 for OT this season...dominate play 4 on 4...but, no result... going to the skills competition.

Bah...shootout loss for the 'Hawks...these teams deserved a tie...that's what they played for in regulation...shootouts have no place in hockey.

The hit by Kadri that led to the Lupul goal definitely should have been a penalty.

The blatant pick/interference by Neil that led to Neil's second goal should have been a penalty.

Didn't see anyone post about that injustice though..hmm, funny.

Seriously? Kadri's hit was dangerous in every way and shows that the kid has little in the way of character. Its in no way comparable to a pick.

Hopefully the NHL stomps down on that goof. Since he's a repeat offender he really should get between 6 and 10 games.

His hit is the type of hit that needs to be removed from hockey.

Grandma rockin' the red pedestal. Also pretty cool that the Kings invited Conroy to be part of the ceremony.

Thought it was classy of the Kings to give so much focus on the Flames, including letting his grandma don the Flames jersey.

Happy for Regher... Was always one of my favorite Flames.

They really need to give Conroy a new title though. Every time I hear it all I think of is Ironman and when Agent Coulson introduced himself.

It happened. Alfy hit Tucker from behind with a much worse hit and nothing was called. In fact, most non-Leaf fans argued it was a hit "From Behind".

If that hit happens in Nashville no one cares.

Do you just wait in the shadows for someone to say something about the Leafs, just so you can pop out and start arguing?

Surely HF Leafs would be happy to have you, no?

A lot of people thought Regher was done a few years ago. But he showed THEM. Great career!

Ahh yes. The fact that the officials made a mistake in the past argues that they did not make a mistake in this instance. Great argument, dude.

Self-righteous Leaf fans might not, no. Likewise, don't expect a ton of sympathy if/when Kadri ends up on the receiving end of a dirty hit.
