ugly call against McDavid.
3-2. Canada will never win with this level of goaltending

Hate to complain about luck but the Czechs have had a ton of it so far.
Hard to complain about the Canadians play to day when they have been much better.
Still plenty of time to come back and win this.

Canada's going to get torched against good teams. This goaltending isn't going to get it done.

Paterson needs to stop that.

The better goalie is sitting on the bench. Hopefully Sutter realizes this after the game. He's pretty stubborn though, so who knows.

Both goalies aren't very good. I'm not sure it would make a difference between the two of them.

Let's put this RBC kid in net. He has lightning quick reflexes.

Sounds as though the linesman felt that it was a 'heat of the moment' type of thing and that Plutarch (sp?) didn't mean to shove him like he did. Thought he was after McDavid.
Also, Miller and Ferraro were talking about how refs don't like to call the 'abuse of the official' penalty unless there is no other option...primarily because of what the call entails (misconducts, suspensions, etc.)

Morrisey almost seems to wait for someone to block his shots before he shoots

In a game like this, I think Canada would be better off having less traffic in front of the net. Not a single shot is getting through.

Admittedly I've only watched them play at this tournament. But he's looked better and was supposed to be the starter for a reason. Even tsn doesn't really know why Sutter picked Patterson, other than personal preference.

Jesus.
When was the last time Canada lost a game in this tourney to someone other than Russia, USA or Sweden?

The Canadian players have so much time to make moves I don't really understand why they are always taking the one-timer from the top of the circle.
