With regards to Nemisz, I don't think he is a terrible prospect at all. Definitely a disappointment considering his draft placement, but he didn't look 'terrible' during his call-up 2 years ago. Right now, he seems to be destined as an AHL journeymen who will be an injury call-up at times throughout his career, but I haven't written him off from becoming a 'decent' option in the bottom 6 in the future.
His skating is NOT where it should be still, but he isn't THAT slow, and he has the defensive acumen and hockey sense to be a positive presence in the lineup (if he develops just a bit more anyways). I do think this is the last year he will be in the Flames' organization UNLESS he takes another step, however. He needs to develop a bit more aggression in his game to stick, and just increases his footspeed even a little. Hope he manages to get a good season in, but he is not a prospect that I see having a big impact on any team - but COULD develop into a decent role player in the NHL.
