Please don't discuss banned users - they aren't here to defend themselves and the reasons for banning are private. But the bigger point is it just isn't fair to debate someone who can't participate in the debate themselves.

How much success can a team have when the assistant coach has that kind of frame of mind? I'm sure he isn't saying that to his players, but if we're hoping the team surprises people, and the coaching staff are part of those people, it makes it tough.

I wouldn't judge his comments on a small sample size, sounds like he is just making a general comment that its going to take lots of hard work.
