A bit off topic so I apologize but I just watched some interviews on TSN.ca with players on both sides talking about winning the Cup on previous occasions. Shawn Thornton said that when he won with Anaheim it was the "greatest day of his life," and his next triumph was "equally as good." A reporter then asked if it was better than his wedding day and he said that it was and, this is the best part, "Every Canadian kid grows up dreaming about the Stanley Cup, not many little boys grow up dreaming about their wedding day."
That made me laugh.

I don't think the Hawks have been hitting on all cylinders yet. They went through most of the Kings series with Kane being pretty much invisible (except in OT in the last game of the series). The Bruins on the other hand, got a severe wake up call against the Leafs. They really shouldn't have won that series. That being said, they have been a much better team since. I think the Bruins take out the Hawks in 4 or 5 games.
I like the Bruins for two reasons:
Rask is the better goaltender, and he has the ability to steal at least one game they have no business winning. That could send them back to Boston with a 1-1 split.
The way Boston's defence is very good offensively, they are getting a lot of goals from their D, and I am not convinced Chicago can defend the points well enough. Too many teams defend in their zone by collapsing, and Boston can exploit that
Bruins in 6 (split first 2 games, win both on home ice, lose game 5, win game 6)
Dude when it comes to the Canucks, it could be a team of Adolf Hitler, Pol Pot, Augusto Pinochet, Josef Stalin and Kim Jong Il and if one of them scores against the Canucks you take it.

I feel that adding a physical player like Bollig for 5 min TOI is a stupid move by Q. It messes with the chemistry that Frolik/Bolland/Kruger had been showing on the forecheck vs. LA. I feel that, despite having hands of stone, Stalberg's speed would be a problem for the B's on the 3rd line.
And breaking up Kane/Toews is a sign that Q has already let Chara into his head. I really think he should have just rode the lines he finished up with vs. LA, and let the B's have to sort out how to deal with team speed on 4 lines.
I hadn't heard about changes in D pairings...but Q mixes and matches at random intervals...
I suspect:
Seakeith
Hjammer/Leddy
Oduya/Rozival

"You want to know the truth," said Esposito, the fifth-leading goal scorer in hockey history. "This series doesn't mean s*** to me.
"I have no feeling for these teams. There's nothing emotional about it. They both got rid of me, traded me. So screw them.
"I didn't choose to leave Chicago. I didn't choose to leave Boston. I signed a contract in Boston for less money than I could have gotten from going to the WHA. I could have made millions doing that. And you know how they repaid me? Three weeks later, they traded me (to the New York Rangers)."
