I'm a Boston fan, so I'm enjoying this series. Two one goal games, the other game was rather close to (Rangers tying it up minutes after, two times).

How scary are the bruins if they end this in four or five games and get a week to rest?
If or when they get someblueline depth back, look out.

One more game to go and we can rid the playoffs of the black hole of offensive hockey called the New York Rangers. They are like the reincarnation of the 90's Devils.

Iginla's worst nightmare is about to come true. I'm sure he wanted no part of the Bruins in the playoffs now it's looking more likely he'll have to play them in the 3rd round no less. Should be interesting.

Assuming the Pens win, of course. Last time I checked there was still a series on.

Agrees. But if the Bruins and Pens meet, and the Bruins go on to win.......... Oh the ironing.

Oh, definitely. And has to be said, IF the pens make it to the the conference finals AND the Bruins are waiting there, man oh man, is the Pens game looking inferior at this point. Iggy will need to be a beast at both ends of the rink.

In all, seriousness, though, Iggy is a competitor, why wouldn't he want to face the Bruins? Should bring out the best in him, as well as Crosby and others. Hope we get to see it.

Agreed, I doubt he cares who he plays, any team is just an obstacle that he needs to go through to reach his goal.

I'm well aware of that happening but I still think the Pens will pull through in that series. If it does happen it's going to be a hell of series. Iginla has to play like he did on his last shift of game 5 of the 2004 SCF to beat that team. I'm looking forward to that series if it does happen.

Funny that Tortorella said Carl Hagelin stinks on the pp. I think he doesn't realize that his whole pp stinks.
One of the worst pp units I've seen in years. No one has any clue where to go.
Rangers can't be out fast enough. Hopefully Tortorella never coaches again, what awful hockey.

Not to mention one condescending, ignorant person. How he keeps getting jobs i'll never understand.

I know i will be in the minority on this, but if Boston and Pitt meetup, i hope Boston wins. Iggy is my favourite player, but it still irks me that he backed out of the Boston deal at the last minute. If you give a list of 4 teams to go to , then honor it. Don't care what anybody say's , the Boston deal was far better than the Pitt deal.

Do the Rangers ever get a penalty at home??? They should have had at least 5 obvious ones by my count tonight. Some blatant ones missed.

Hard to take penalties when you spend 90% of the game trapping in the neutral zone.

Torts should be fired when this series is over. His overly defensive style of game stifles the offensive players on his team.

I don't mind the 2nd round. The goaltending has terrific to watch and we finally got a double OT game. I'll take a Bruins-Senators conf final.

They are scary right now. They can play any style effectively, run and gun high tempo skating and Julien will play all 4 lines at anytime. Tight defensive checking same thing as their 1st line can do that effectively just like they did in game 3. Heck, Khudobin is a great back up to Rask.
