No kidding. MacKinnon, Barkov, Lindholm are all far better than Monahan.
Monahan will go 8th-10th.

If Butler hadn't pinned a guy that was behind the net without the puck he would have cleared the puck and it would have been NO GOAL.

I can't see how there is no way.
It seems like Barkov has most of the higher rankings but Barkov, Monahan and Lindholm all seem to be in the second tier of players and have about the similar upsides.
