Agreed, if they go far in the playoffs I'm going to be genuinely surprised.

There should be no confliction. We're in danger of falling out of a top 5 draft pick. This is such an important moment for the Flames, we've never had a top 3 draft pick (IIRC), and the guys in the top 3 are all very likely going to be huge assets for whoever gets them. We gotta be in there, winning now when we're out of the playoff race and falling out of a top pick would be so bad.

Good period I thought. Reinhart looks good. Bart looked good but he needs to work on his backhand a little it seemed to go off the heel of his stick every attempt at it for a pass or shot. They look good though overall looks like money well saved trading Iginla and Bouw.

this is getting stupid, they are a professional hockey team playing for millions of dollars they are not going to try to lose

besides its mostly the young guys getting the ice time, what more do you want Feaster to do?

I thought that only kicked in after the deadline... so if he had wanted to go young down the stretch he could have brought up 4 guys on the deadline day and still had his 4 call ups to burn.

I can see the point you're trying to make.. And not only because you post it 5 times a day either. We're only 'cheering' for losses because the reward will be something that eventually will give us more wins. We're not cheering for losses because we like losing.

I'm on my phone, how'd Drouin do? Need him to keep scoring so teams keep paying attention to him and not Nate.
