Long time fan. Had seasons tickets when they arrived from Atlanta. Now live in leaf country (can't stand em). I remember your (Bingo's) article almost exactly three years ago before the deadline about rebuilding, couldn't agree more then. Its come to point now where I don't even follow the Flames hardly. Then there was the Sutter nepotistic razed earth disaster (made perfect by his winning the cup in L.A.) I find this trade deadline interesting because its almost a comedy tragedy how bad things have gotten and there's a chance the flames will fall short once again on doing what is necessary. Latest rumour on Kipper deciding he is not any kind of asset ...shapes things up for another lost decade. I still have my flames sweater in the closet but I'll probably die of old age before it can be worn with pride. Anyone can feel free to call me not a true fan. I'm not anymore. there's just some perverted attraction to watching a complete disaster unfold somewhere you used to be.
