On the Av's/'Hawks game: This was the loss I expected http://forum.calgarypuck.com/showthr...=125364&page=2 ...And I am happy with what they had accomplished so far...what is now important, is how they bounce back Sunday, and into the future. I won't make excuses for their past excellence, and they got a clunker of a game out of their system. Now they cannot let down just because the "pressure" of the streak is off

All good things come to an end and the Bhawks amazing streak ends as they lose their 1st game in reg time, 6-2 to the Avs. Crawford got pulled after 2 periods. Like I said in another thread, when it ends, it ends big. The Flyers ended their unbeaten streak with a 7-2 loss to the North Stars.

In other OOT games, it was over quickly for the stupid Oilers, LOL. A 6-0 shellacking by the Predators. Rinne gets the SHUTOUT and Colin Wilson with 4 points. Yep, it is special up there in Edmonton. The Senators break out of their losing slump with a 3-2 reg time win over the Rangers at MSG. The Sens 3rd string goalie Lehner played well. Dustin Byfuglien scores a nice goal in OT as the Jets win 3-2. Lots of Jets fans down there in Miami.
