Right. Which is exactly what Ducay had stated as well 1:1 Ratio.

How many people know that?

To read that article it says he got 6 month and will spend 2 in jail. Misleading IMHO.

What part of this simple math are you not getting? You're confused by getting credit at a 1:1 ratio?

Sentence = 6 months to be served
Less: 4 months served (gets credit for 4, not 8 or 12 as you suggested)
Equals: 2 months remaining to be served

Total Time in Custody: 6 months

Also the classic case of a girl getting a guy to pay for an abortion that was never needed. Can she go to jail for that?
the first one possibly depending on the situation, the second one if she wasn't pregnant and basically blackmailed him for a non-existant abortion, definitely

And what part of my simple post didn't you get?

I said "right" = agreement.

I also said "Which is exactly what Ducay had stated as well 1:1 Ratio." = agreeing with YOU.

Sometimes I think you argue with me just for the sake of arguing.

Your post could be taken in either directions, and because as you said all that then stated that it was misleading, it lead me to think you still disagreed, or thought my logic was somehow so complex that the average Joe would be amazed to learn people are given credit for time served......

How does it pay to be a criminal? He was sentenced to 6 months in jail, and has to pay back the money he scammed.
