I don't mind the zags location. I don't understand though how a 10 seed draws such a favourable location.
Sherman is basically james duthie don't mind it,

Great start for the Zags and it's been done without Ellias Harris so far. Playing with a lot of confidence right now.

Remember the game vs UCLA? At halftime i thought gonzaga had it in a bag. 19:30 minutes later comes Adam Morrison tears and a Gonzaga loss

Vcu looking good. They've been looking way better than a 12 seed for a month now.

We don't need to talk about that.......Gus Johnson isn't doing the commentating and JP Batista isn't going to hold onto the ball instead of passing to a 90% FT shooter in Derek Ravio.
Great 1st half for the Zags, far from over as the Zags have not put them away.

I would say I would put much of the blame on Adam Morrison, he was balling his eyes out with 9 seconds to go, Batista had a shot for the win at the buzzer.

He was crying while screaming he wanted the ball for that last shot. He had the greatest season of any Gonzaga player in the history of the program. Can't blame him. But let's not re-live something so painful.
Back to the game....
Great defense by the Zags

A ton of love from the TSN panel about the Zags and playing what is a road game and just taking the crowd completely out of it.

Yes, but TSN doesnt even have any control of what game they show.
I'm pretty sure they just said they were going to go to the Zags game....CBS decides to follow the closer game, there goes the Zags feed TSN had planned

I'm disappointed that there is no free online streaming on CBS this year.

#12 VCU knocks off #5 Wichita St, as Wichita St misses a 7 footer that would have sent the game to OT.

I've lived on the west coast my whole life and as a Zags fan always had them on tv so never had to utilize the CBSSports streaming, but now out on the east coast the year I"m planning too, they are charging for it. Luckily with the Canadian content on the Zags there should be a lot of coverage next game. Weird that Krem 2 didn't even have the game on at some points in the second half.
Very impressive effort by this young Zags team. They just dominated from start to finish and didn't even let WV get a run in. This feels like those underdog low seeds of Zags past, scrappy young team that can play any style and can upset. Blown away to hear this is the Zags 14th straight trip to the NCAA Tournament. Mark Few is going to have a statue in Spokane when he's done.

Iowa State has unreal shooting from 3 point range. For them to give Kentucky a run they are going to have to continue to knock those down.

Didn't realize 3 pointers were from 7 feet.

Here are my sore loser comments:
The charge on Stutz, foul #2 was a joke. One of the worst charges I have ever seen called. Takes away a basket and the 7 footer for most of the rest of the game.
Several traps were obvious fouls and none were called. You can't push a player out of bounds with a pelvic thrust. You can't wrap your arms around a player to grab the ball.
VCU shot the ball out of their gourds. The final shot was just a great example of what happened all night. I couldn't believe some of the shots they took that went in. That was not a typical VCU offensive performance.
Congrats on the win.

Ha.. Thx... I missed some of the game putting my kids to bed, so did nit see all you talked about. That last vcu shot was pretty lucky. It looked like a game that could have gone either way. Vcu definitely has the flames disease of getting out to big leads and holding on to dear life at the end.
Probably not really fair to have to draw a team like vcu as a 5 seed. I'm pretty confident they could hang with any of the teams ranked 10-25. The tourney officials are still too bigoted against the smaller conferences.
