Parise sure comes off looking like a schmuck there; whines about a good hit, then gets a dig in making it sound like he's sum minor league plug brought in to takes runs...what was Brodie supposed to do?

Times changed a lot since 2011. Reason #1 why sometimes it pays to develop a drafted player and not give up on him (could you imagine trading Brodie for a 2nd or 3rd at the time because we had Babchuk)?

We may see him in the Norris discussions in the next 2-3 years. Not bad for a minor leaguer trying to make a name for himself.
