Liked how fast the Gaudreau-Bennett-Lazar line was last game. Will be interesting to see if Bennett can grab hold of the no.1 center spot, he's been given the opportunity in the past but it now seems like he's more ready. We shall see

I want Jagr to play after the Flames have been winning. Then he can slide in with no pressure. Otherwise, the players may ook to him for answers and be the saviour, not good for him or the team. Go Flames. Lets end this curse so Jagr can play next game.
Okay Flames. Let the hate motivate you to skate hard, hit harder but be disciplined.
There has to be a way to make this the start of something special and get some momentum going.
I hope we don't see a penalty parade, injuries or the need for the suicide booth tonight.
I think we'll see Smith get into it with someone and the team come to his aid and see them play better as a result.
The only thing missing is Kesler. I thirst for the taste of keslers tears as I eat my Thanksgiving turkey and wash it down .
Go flames go.....crush your enemies drive them before you and hear the whines of Perry.

You'll even get to pick which feed you want to watch. American feeds are usually better than their Canadian counterparts but as a Flames fan, you might not want to endure the homerism of the opponent's broadcast team.
But for every non-Flames game, I prefer US broadcasts over SNET/TSN.
Oh god, choose any feed other than the Ducks home broadcast. Brian Hayward would make Gene Principe blush with the amount of homerism he broadcasts with. It's disgusting, and just plain bad reporting at times.

Another day, another student for @68Jagr, who shows @TKACHUKycheese_ a trick of two. He's been great with #Flames young guns.

I think it conceivable that they wait until their game at home against the canes on the 19. At that point, they'll have just come a 5 day break. Could hold a 3 day mini camp with one day off that would include jagr and jankowski. Great time to drill down, especially if they have success in the next 4 games. That also gives the team time to trade Brouwer and stajan
Glass out, Ferland to the 4th line and put Jagr with Monahan and Versteeg
What has Ferland done to be demoted to the fourth line? He is coming off a game where he screened the first Brodie goal, scored the game tying goal, and had a crucial takeaway as F3 to allow the Versteeg goal. That's half the goals in the last game that might not happen without him.

Would you put Jagr on the 4th line with Stajan and Brouwer then? Ferland can still be on the top PP where he scored that goal.

Personally? I would put a veteran - Frolik - on the 4th line with Stajan and Hamilton/Brouwer. He can still be on the top PK and that line would actually be pretty dominant.
But people seem to be stuck on Backlund/Frolik being inseperable (even though Frolik's hat trick game came with Stajan and Ferland being a really underrated two-way player who would fit perfectly with Tkachuk setting him up). I also think Frolik and Stajan against bottom competition are the best bet at reviving 2016 Playoffs Brouwer (he was playing with Fabbri and Stastny) and reviving any trade value he has.
It's not really my choice. But considering Versteeg doesn't score that 5v5 goal without Ferland's far more important takeaway, I think it sends the worst message to demote Ferland. Right now Lazar is sitll the guy who has more to prove to stay in the top 9, and I'm willing to give him as the 22 year old a chance on the top line until he fizzles out. Frolik as a vet isn't going to lose all his ability spending a few games with Matt Stajan.
