Just more nonsense red tape. It will all go out the door eventually and you probably know it.

Do you read and even attempt to understand half the #### you post you post from X/Twitter/stupid####nooneshouldbelieve.com? There is zero truth to what that statement says. The SCOTUS just rebuffed another candidate's attempt from precluding Trump from the ballot using the 14th amendment. They have NOT prevented Trump from being disqualified by the Secretaries of State of the states who control elections. This is still within the power of each state and is not open to court interference. Individuals may not use this means but states may.

Another gross misinterpretation of proceedings. Trump has not had anything thrown out. The scope has changed but not the potential outcome. Trump will still lose his licenses to operate in New York. This trial is to determine how much money he is going to lose in damages as a result of the fraud he has committed.

Trump was still complaining about not being allowed to have a trial by jury AFTER it was shown that he requested a bench trial instead of a jury trial.

Anything Trump says about the trial should be assumed to be false, but that won't stop his cult from doing so.

I don’t think he requested a bench trial.

I believe he (his lawyers) just didn’t request a jury trial so got the bench trial.

I hate it when my lawyer forgets to tick the "jury trial" box on the forms.

It's a check box on a form and you pick one or the other:

So either his lawyers got his intentions wrong or he wanted a bench trial but either way it's the same.. he got what he asked for and saying he wasn't allowed one is lying.

"Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Arthur Engoron noted that 'nobody asked for' a jury trial. So Trump's complaints about being tried by Justice Engoron, in addition to being baseless, make no sense," Tribe wrote on X. "Had he wanted a trial by jury, he should've requested one."

Usually when Trump gets over the top worked up about something that means it's absolutely true. I mean, you just have to assume anything he says is a lie, but especially so when he gets extra upset.

If he's innocent, what's the issue? Prove your innocence in court and show everyone the charges are made up and win in a landslide in the election. If anything, if he's truly innocent he should want a trial to prove he's telling the truth. Weird then that he's losing his mind over it.
