Not kicking the FG looks better now cause had the Eagles missed the FG the Packers would have had eight more yards of field position and that might have mattered a bit there. But he should have punted it, even if it's a touchback you burn the clock and they are 15 yards further away.

Well sounds like Jameis might be back for a week. Even if Dart could pass the Concussion protocol I think the Giants would be insane to play him. But at this point...what's the difference between 4 and 5 concussions?

He's on pace for over 800 yards which is pretty good for WR2. Team is 7-2 so it's not exactly the type of headache you want to deal with as a coach or GM.

On that 4th down play against the Packers at the end of the game it didn't look to me like Brown was trying all that hard. If he gives it a bit more effort I think he would have drawn a flag as the defender never looked at the ball at all on that and did make contact there. But Brown seemed fine to just go through the motions and get off the field at that point. Talented player for sure, and he should be used more. But it's a delicate ego to manage.

Hard to imagine anything stopping Vrabel from winning coach of the year. Steichen and Ben Johnson might get some support. But Vrabel really has done a great job here. Hard to believe the Titans let him go

I think the thought process there actually was give Brown a chance to make the game ending play so the Eagles would show him that he’s important and that would should could make him happy. It’s the only plausible explanation for that play selection from Sirianni.

The Pats looked solid again and even liked their Unis, the Nor'Easter's.
They still have a bad habit of allowing a score on first drives, something they need to figure out how to solve before the really big boys come to town.
Again, love to see them play so well, but this schedule is very easy and I can see a bit of a letdown when the schedule toughens up. Maye is a stud.

So strange how Josh McDaniels looks like one of the better OC's in the game when he's wearing Patriots colors yet incredibly inept when working in any other organization.

Just watching the ticker on the Score but the Dolphins went for a TD with a minute left on 4th down in a tie game instead of kicking the FG? Against Washington of all teams?
Failed (all 4 rushes from the 1 didn’t get them there) and now going to OT.
One of the last nails in McDaniels coffin if they lose. Will be so a long plane ride home from Madrid if they lose.

Well a 1st OT play interception of Chubb and Miami escapes.
McDaniel worried about the that same Washington offense somehow marching down the field in less than a minute and kicking a potentially game tying FG at the end of the game seems even dumber now.

Miami ends up winning in OT. I think both McDaniels and Quinn could get fired on Black Monday. Although with the defence playing better with Quinn calling plays today, he might save himself if he can keep that going for the rest of the year. Just a game with two bad teams who are both going nowhere this year.
McDaniels is like Kyles cousin Kyle from South Park. Can probably come up with a hell of a good crypto scam...but no way he'll ever be able to to coach a team to play tough physical football in the cold.

Firing Quinn a year removed from a trip to the NFC Championship would be pretty wild, especially with how crippled they've been with injuries. His handling of Daniels might be used against him, though.

Except for a short stint as OC for the Rams, it’s just as a head coach that he’s shown that he stinks. Sometimes you just have to accept that there’s one thing that you’re good at.
I love Vrabel’s positivity after 2 decades of gloomy Bill.

Firing Quinn definitely doesn't seem like a move that would happen. The injuries are brutal for them and prior to that the start to the season was pretty decent. Through week 6 they were a pretty exciting team to watch.
McDaniels should definitely be fired ASAP.

Speaking of getting fired, Kevin O'Connell, or whoever decided to go with McCarthy over Darnold, probably needs to be fired. McCarthy is ass cheeks.
