I watched Blindspotting and I can honestly say it's one of the best movies of this decade. Such a great film that was super funny and also very intense. High recommend from me.

Watched The Greatest Showman. A cheesy feel-good musical, but I actually really enjoyed it. Must've just been in the right mood.

Watched The Lighthouse last night... wow what a treat! It’s not for everyone, but if you like art house type cinema you will enjoy it. Hauntingly beautiful visuals with great sound design and fantastic acting. It’s movie of the year for me hands down, but I like weird things.

Feature request: When mentioning a movie title can people also post what service they watched it on? I always find myself hunting through all the ones I have trying to find the title mentioned.

Thanks!

I was almost excited at some of the streaming choices until I realized that the library doesn't provide access to Hoopla anymore. Grr.

I watched Booksmart on an ancient device called a Blu Ray. It was fantastic, belongs up there with the other great party movies like Dazed and Confused , Superbad or Eurotrip.

That's directed by Olivia Wilde, right?

James Corden is a terrible unfunny guy, but I wouldn’t care so much if he didn’t replace the greatest late show host of all time.

Oh yeah. Probably top three. It was so well done and acted. Great humour and touching story.

Bless Taika and his unique comedic mind.

Yeah I totally agree. Full of amazing performances. Taika was great, Stephen Merchant was excellent, the two child actor leads played off each other impeccably. And I love Sam Rockwell in anything he's in.

The cast was great. Even female James Corden, Rebel Wilson, was bearable.

I watched Fighting with my Family and thought it was really good. The family in the film reminded me of the Hart family and I have to admit I stopped watching WWE when Paige was wrestling but I still found it interesting. I noticed Vince Vaughn's character was a mix of wrestlers one of them being Mick Foley, loved that they gave him a nod.

I would love to see a Brett Hart biopic but I imagine the WWE doesn't want to portray themselves as the bad guys and how they screwed over their biggest star so I will just have to stick with my Wrestling with Shadows DVD which is excellent.
