There are a few places in the US are like that, usually where two freeways meet up near a city. That freeway looks like a 5 lane freeway in each direction with a set of 5 express lanes in the middle which alternate depending on the time of day. Add in 8 lanes of on/off ramps and you've got a 23 lane freeway.

I agree. The problem is the stripes run horizontally, creating an optical illusion of her being overweight.

My first thought was that freeway is the 405 in Los Angeles.

Yeah, that was actually my thought too, where it cuts through the hills up toward encino. But then I google-mapped it and it isn't nearly that wide, and doesn't have the same side road that cuts underneath.
