An amusing moment on Sunday, Ruby tries to hang onto Terra Firma as a big gust threatens to blow her away . . . .
. . . . . and below, a big, bold new world for Ruby, who the previous week was living in a crate in a garage, had little muscle tone from lack of exercise, an untreated ear infection, was unspayed, had hair that was wiry and falling out from improper nutrition . . . . .
Unfortunately, our attempt to merge Marcie and Ruby together did not work out and Marcie is now eating horse poop and riding the range with her new master, a rancher in the Springbank area. Through time, we will find a new Golden friend for Ruby. . . . .
Ruby knows almost no commands, so the very necessary understanding of "come" instructions are a priority. She's 15 months old.

I recently picked up a fisheye lens and a new flash. Here's a few using each. First couple are smoke shots with my new flash. The last two are obviously the fisheye!

That's gorgeous.
It really is hard to beat Calgary skies. Out of everywhere I've been I still think Calgary has some of the most beautiful skies.
