Gotta go against the grain...but I'm sure Ferrari will get a donut this weekend and Max will cruise to victory.
Well I certainly called that one. Ferrari is just junk. Binotto has to go. He's simply too afraid to make the changes that need to happen. Just amateur hour there.
Anyways...results are in for round 15! Congrats to DoubleK and TimSJ for taking top spots this week, 3 slotted and 9/10. Btimbit and Fuzz were tied for 3rd, 1pt back.
Spoiler!
Woob keeps his overall lead, but FurnaceFace closed the gap by 5pts. TimSJ got 4pts closer to FF as well for 2nd.
Btimbit...this was your 2nd miss, next one is a zero.
3thirty...this was your 3rd miss, so bad week for you.

75th anniversary Ferrari yellow livery. Both drivers will have yellow race suits too. But full yellow, not this half assed yellow like the livery. Still, it looks good. Just wish they went all out.

Porsche has called off their plans to enter F1 by buying half of red bull. Rumours for a while now the negotiations weren’t going well.
Too bad. Would have been cool to have them in F1.
Apparently the original deal was just for Porsche to buy 50% of Red Bull Powertrains and then Porsche changed the deal at the last minute and said they wanted 50% of red bull racing team too and that scuttled the deal.

Given the season RB is having, and their progression over the years, it'd be pretty dumb to give up 50% of the team. I can see why they bailed.
Porsche and Audi should bite the bullet and start a new team. I know it is expensive, but a few new cars on the grid would be great.

Lol. Yet again.
I wonder what has happened more: Ferrari threatening to leave vs. Audi/Porsche saying they'll join

Porsche is spinning off from Volkswagen into an independent company over the next couple of months. While it will still be majority owned by VW the founding families' publicly traded holding company will have a 25% voting stake, and a lot more control than they did previously. That holding company sort of has control of VW at the moment, and the families have been strongly rumored to want control of Porsche back ever since they sold it in the aftermath of a failed attempt to squeeze their way into full ownership of VW a number of years ago.
The parent VW is likely to want cash for huge upcoming investments in electric vehicles, and selling Porsche shares either back to Porsche or to the family holdco is likely a good way to raise it, especially if they can get the $80 billion valuation they're talking about. I could see the families not wanting Porsche to splash out on a big acquisition right now, when they could be using that money to buy out another chunk of VW's stake.
