Great story, although I’ve never even heard of the lad.
Then I read the rest of the lineup.
I don’t even recognize the backup to Grant, and a good third of that squad.
Grant, Kovar, Taylor, Shaw, Fosu-Mensah, Levitt, Mengi, Bernard, Ramazani, Laird, Galbraith, Puigmal, Bughail-Mellor, Garner, Lingard, Chong, Gomes, Greenwood.
Digging deeper, I’m actually pretty excited (blind optimism?);.. TONS OF YOUTH.

awesome, now I actually have a reason to watch this. Levitt is highly rated (next to Garner, Gomes and Greenwood obviously). Don't know too much about some others, but in any way, great stuff.

I hope they keep Emery and back him, particularly if that means more signings like Pepe.

AFTV is so good and so bad at the same time. Some of those characters are just hilarious, and I do enjoy watching after a particularly embarassing loss. But then I get constant updates about new videos and no one wants that! Robbie must love the losses and troubles though, as its got to be so good for business.

Emery has been outlasted by Peters.
Freddie is the caretaker. This is addition by subtraction for Arsenal.
Emery should have been gone following the terrible run in where a Champions League place was being served up on a plate.
With ranch dressing.

That's a shame because I was really enjoying his efforts there. Here's hoping they bring a club legend like Sol Campbell or Henry to get things rolling!

It's amazing how much Arsenal and the Flames follow each other. 1989, 2004, underwhelming this season, firing coaches on the same day.
I actually think you're not a real Flames fan if you don't support Arsenal as well.

The Flames and Arsenal firing their coaches on the same day.
I sure didn’t see that coming at the start of the season.

Just saw this.
You nailed it.
If I’m being totally honest, I preferred 1989.
I had some weekend that year.

why the hell would anyone want to duplicate the experience of being a Flames fan. How much misery do you need?

IronMaiden and West Ham Collaboration
Really cool. To bad West Ham is half as good at Soccer as Iron Maiden is.

I understand using Zabaleta for this because he's probably older than everybody in Iron Maiden, but I'm sure there'd have been better options in terms of the hair game.

If West Ham get relegated does that mean next year's line features Blaze Bayley instead of Steve Harris?

Yeah, I was hoping Canada could send him back already! They've already got Bacary Sagna and that's enough Gooner influence!

There are some weird parallels here actually. If you believe the reports online (and I wouldn't blame you if you didn't), the players were bullying Emery this year and making fun of his language. So I giess the opposite, but still a weird parallel in some ways.

I can definitely see why they'd want Poch. But I can't see what would be attractive for Pochettino in that role? Surely if he waits until the summer he will have a crack at better offers, even in the PL. I don't think Ole is going to survive at United and Poch could be there or Bayern/PSG/Inter to name a few.
Crazier things have happened, and who knows whether he'd be tempted or interested in going. I just can't see it being very attractive though.

There's also a lot of parallels between Spurs and the Canucks if you look into it.
Never won anything.. and... never won anything 😉
