Okay the count is right. People are still starving.

What is the sticking point exactly? Seems like pointless fixation without mentioning the fact that people...are still starving in Gaza?

He saw a headline somewhere and thinks it's the final word, without bothering to understand anything. He's now trying to convince others so he isn't so lonely.

Are you saying because the cargo planes airdropping aid weren't shot down by Israel, it's a lie that aid is being blocked?
Do you understand the horrendously expensive and less effective air drops are being used out of desperation where trucks can't get in?

Gets asked questions, neglects to answer them. Fast forward a couple more posts:

The UN aid counts are wrong. I thinks we can all agree on that?
The UN uses their counts of aid to determine if there is a famine, and uses their numbers to predict famine as well. Their numbers, and hence their predictions are wrong.
It’s misinformation, and should be called out.

The UN does not count air drops as aid entering Gaza. I’m not denying that they are less effective and more expensive than trucks, but I imagine that they were required in certain circumstances.
The whole point is that UN does not count all aid entering Gaza.

Do you think that during the Berlin Air Lift everyone was completely fat and happy? Or was there still suffering?
Just because there were air drops of aid into Gaza, does that mean everyone in Gaza had a full belly and medical supplies for their wounds the IDF inflicted on them?

A desperate measure because of the circumstances of Israel not allowing any aid in at that particular time leading to famine, starvation and death. Yes. "Certain circumstances." That Israel created.
Ok, that's enough. You can't actually be this stupid.
If you claim not to be trolling, you are gonna just have to admit to everyone you are, in fact, that stupid. So which is it? Are you a troll or a moron?

The whole point I was trying to make is that the UN did not count all the aid that was entering Gaza. They based all their forecasts and projections only on the aid that they were counting. Basically the UN has stated that famine was imminent, and that tens of thousands of people would die from starvation. That never happened because the UN was not counting all the aid that entered Gaza.
The UN spreading misinformation is not helping the situation. All the reporting the UN has done on this conflict isn’t worth the paper it’s written on.
It’s definitely a fact that there was, and probably still is people suffering in Gaza. As unfortunate as it is, this does happen during these types of conflicts.
Hope this helps.

When did I say the people in Gaza were not suffering?

https://www.cbsnews.com/news/hamas-a...alks-continue/
Are these the “certain circumstances” you are talking about?
Quote:
The Israeli military said 14 rockets and mortars launched from the Rafah area hit Kerem Shalom crossing. Hamas said it had been targeting Israeli soldiers in the area. Israel's Channel 12 TV channel said 10 people were wounded.
The IDF launched counter-strikes on the launch site and other locations in Gaza, Lerner said.
The military said the crossing was immediately closed, halting deliveries of aid from there into hard-hit Gaza. It was unclear how long the closure would remain in effect.
The incident came at a time when Gaza is facing a humanitarian crisis with shortages of food, medicine and other humanitarian items.
|
Do you think Israel has (had) the ability to block all aid from entering Gaza? If so, why didn’t they just prevent any aid from entering Gaza?
Look, I never have said Israel is without blame, and I absolutely believe they should be scrutinized, but to say that Israel didn’t allow any aid into Gaza is false. Misinformation.

Israel blocks 99 out of 100 aid routes.
SEE THEY ALLOWED 1! Therefore, they provided aid!
Checkmate atheists.

Why would Israel block 99/100 routes into Gaza? Interesting question, that.
