Question, if a deal was made right now by any team that involved a first round pick. Would they save the announcement of said trade until needed during the draft? What I mean, is if Columbus traded the 3rd overall and the deal was already done, would we not hear about it (unless leaked) so that Bettman could walk to the podium and say "we have a trade to announce"?
It is a TV show in the end that they are trying to sell, wonder if they'd try to save up all the drama.

Not necessarily for the drama, but more because Columbus would want to make sure that the top 2 don't do anything crazy
