Agreed it would be nice to have a player like Bennett in the lineup, however, I’d wager Calgary would not be a place that he would want to play anymore. Especially after being in Florida.

I don't get why people are cheering for the Panthers and Tkachuk.

Tkachuk and Lomberg with goals and Bennett with a devastating hit...guess this seasons curse on the Flames hasn't expired yet.

Why not? If we liked these players when they were on the Flames. So we are supposed to hate them if Tree messed up?

Both guys demanded trades.

People can blame Tre all they want but in the end Tkachuk could have been paid handsomely to be here 8 more years and asked to be traded.

I'd cheer for Bennett more because the Flames did screw up his development, and likely weren't going to have a protection spot for him anyway, but in the end he still asked for a trade too.

Personally I don't cheer for the guys that demand trades from the Flames.
