I just wish we got a tie. My absolute dream would be a 5-5-6 division winner.

Also that should have been two 15 yard penalties for the hits on Jackson, not one. He was already down and a guy comes and tears his ACL for him.

Feel bad for Desean. Guy misses all but two games last year, comes back this year and misses 5 out of the first 7 games. Finally comes back healthy and gets taken out for the rest of the year by a ridiculous cheapshot.
I'm going to keep banging this drum, but the NFL needs to start ejecting players for obvious late hits like that one.

With a coin flip to decide the winner.

With how this division is the coin would land on its side and stay upright.

Alex Singleton with another big play tonight, destroying Freeman on the pass rush. Good for him.

People like to talk about the Browns, Bengals, Jaguars, etc but the reality is that after winning their last Super Bowl the Giants have been an absolute trainwreck and they seem to be getting worse and worse every year.

Gettleman ist just not a good GM I think. Looking at that roster, there just isn't a lot of quality. Decisions like taking Daniel Jones at 6th overall don't help.

I don't think Jones is terrible relative to Darnold, Mayfield, Haskins, etc as it seems that teams are simply rushing young QB's before they are ready and I don't think there's a lot of talent on offense for him to work with. Is Josh Allen better this year because he's turned the corner or is it because the Bills have considerably better talent on offense this season for him to work with? IMO it's a bit of both but probably more of the latter. Gettleman has done a terrible job but Giants ownership have always been very patient (kept Coughlin around way too long) and when you are very patient and hire the wrong people this is what happens.

Taking a RB at #2 is much worst when you don’t have an O line !
How you expect a Young QB and RB to succeed with no line is a mystery to me

That pick was not great when you consider value. Barkley is a really good talent but it's been proven over and over you can find quality RB's later in the first round or into the 2nd and 3rd rounds. They would have been better off drafting Cubb or McGlinchey as it's a lot harder to find a quality LT or DE than it is to find a RB that can put up 1000 yards.

Yeah. That game got interesting at the end, but before that I was pretty much just focusing on Singleton on a lot of plays. Really glad to see he's doing well down south

Desean Jackson and Lane Johnson both likely out for several weeks. The Eagles were supposed to be sellers at the deadline, but all of the guys they were potentially going to be selling (Jackson, Ertz, Jeffery) are hurt. Fun times.

Honestly if it's just weeks for Jackson after that hit, that's a good outcome. That looked very serious. Season ending.

It's amazing how few games Jackson has played for the Eagles since he returned to the team last year.

So Michael Thomas now has a hamstring injury and probably won't play...and now Emmanuel Sanders has landed on the Covid list. Saints starting WR's listed as being Marquez Callaway and Tre'Quan Smith.
I deff won't be watching that game sober...

Pretty much what I was doing as well. I was watching the game with a friend of mine, whom is a Giants fan. (poor her) But I was enjoying the game more when the Eagles were on the defence, mostly to see how well Singleton was doing.
on a side note.. Carson Wentz makes ALOT of bad plays, mostly due to that decimated O-line they have.
