I pretended to be Prince Charles when I got my invite but when I selected '25-35' as my 'Age Preference' my invitation was rescinded.

Following the trail of retweets, this came from a "Dr. William Makis" (https://twitter.com/MakisMD), who purports among other things on his Twitter account that vaccinated doctors in Alberta are dying at an alarming rate because of vaccine side-effects, and other gems like "Ivermectin [...] has at least 15-anti-cancer mechanisms of action" and can "treat COVID-19 mRNA vaccine induced Turbo Cancers".

He is a "Radiologist, Oncologist, Cancer Researcher, Author of 100+ publications. Chief of Oncology at TWC."

So I looked up "TWC". That's The Wellness Company (https://www.twc.health/), a company which The Daily Beast described as a "grifty wellness company" that makes its money peddling non-sense pills full of "nattokinase and dandelion root" to ward off "shedding" of Covid from vaccinated people and other such bull####.

Turns out Dr. Makis (under his birth name "Viliam" instead of "William") is a complete and utter nutter whose position at the Cross Cancer Institute was not renewed because he had been involved in voluminous disciplinary actions and was found guilty of unprofessional conduct by the College of Physicians and Surgeons in 2018. The Court of Queen's Bench declared him a vexatious litigant (https://www.canlii.org/en/ab/abqb/do...18abqb976.html) later that year.

I commend you for taking the time to look into the source of the loonie garbage, from experience this is exactly how it always plays out. I have a friend who sends me conspiracy babble, I spend 10 mins or so finding out where it came from and he immediately pivots to something new. No apology, no reflection on how flawed their bull#### meter is.

In one case he sent me a link that came from a witch doctor who was convicted of practicing medicine without a license in Florida. That's the kind of nonsense they send and post, they don't use logic or common sense when latching onto this crap. So frustrating.

I dont like the World Economic Forum much either. I dont hate them or have a bone to pick but I'm not super comfortable with the amount of sway that exists within what essentially is an un-elected Uber-Wealthy Lobbying group.

I agree with you though. I've said it multiple times, there were important lessons to be learned from COVID.

And we as a collective society learned absolutely none of them.

If there was one colossal mistake that society as a whole made, it was probably the vaccine.
