I had met Kyle on a few occasions, he was an interesting person to say the lease and who lead one of those lives you really think are sort of not real. From wandering around the Scottish Highlands, protecting animals in South Africa against poachers or travelling to Ukraine for the second time to fight/work as search and rescue looking for people in rubble. Last time we talked was at a friends wedding in September having just got back from Ukraine not long before - and you could tell it left an impact on him as well as a desire to return.

He was a good soldier and person, a good friend to many, and he will be missed by all who knew him.

If that video is true, I think that's a plant. First of all you can't trust Russia on anything they say publicly, 2nd of all this is a country that conveyor belts public dezinformatsiya and sowing discord and chaos. It has always been a policy of theirs - since the imperial age - to obfuscate, subvert and blur the lines of what reality really is. You saw it with Stalin, you saw it with Kruschev, you saw it with Yeltsin, and most definitely you see it with Putin.

I'd bet dollars to donuts this was a (another) false flag operation designed to turn national public opinion on the Ukraine war even further and cause turmoil with NATO.

As someone who doesn't know much about using drones for assassination attempts, it's not the most persuasive video. I would have expected more explosives, and the footage seems filmed by hand rather than by security camera based on the movement, which seems weird to me for a middle of the night stealth attack.

Putin doesn't even venture outside his bunker far away from Moscow much these days, let alone get all the way to one of the main areas of the Kremlin. Yea that drone had no punch wouldn't have damaged the outside of the building much let alone kill anyone inside of it.
Aren't most of those buildings hardened against conventional attack anyways like the Pentagon?

Not to mention the stands for the May 9 military parade are getting set up, so security is extra heightened. I'm sure they've had a drone defense plan in place for years now, especially for big public events like parades and rallies that close to the Kremlin.

This just reeks of inside job amateurism.

I'm pretty suspicious of it. But it certainly would in Russia's mind give them an excuse to up the attacks on civilian targets and terror strikes.

I was thinking that the smart move (Sorry bad phrasing but whatever) would be a terror attack during the May parade.

Kill a few dozen Russian civilians, blow up a couple of kids, put it at Ukraines feet and it rallies the Russian people.

Maybe someone was reading Red Storm Rising.
