Does anybody know if there is a place in town showing the show? I've been watching Breaking Bad since it started. I don't have AMC at the moment and don't really feel like shelling out $9/month for a few channels, only one of which I'll be watching.

Bars regularly show PPV sporting events, is there anything like that for popular TV series'?

I never understood this logic. You will spend much more than 9 bucks at the bar tonight let alone over the next month. Why not just get the channel.

but there is only eight episodes left - that's two months... $18.00. There's no way you're spending $18.00 to watch 8 episodes at a pub.

Yeah, that definitely answered some questions about what Hank was going to do...

I too was surprised when closed the garage. Looks like they're not going to waste any time this season.

Hank's in a sticky situation now though. If I were him I woulda tried to arrest Walt on the spot as soon as the confrontation went down. Cause if he lets him go while he's collecting more evidence, he knows he's not safe. And there's no way Walt will 'let' him build a case against him. He must know that.

Even if he felt he didn't have the evidence to make it stick, he needed to bring Walt in right then and there, cause it cannot get any better for Hank to give Walt time now that he knows Hank is on to him.

Shoot, beat him down, shoot him if if you have to, claim self defense. I know that's not really his style (thought he did beat up Jesse) but he's just putting himself in danger if he gives Walt any time or space now.

Pretty good episode though. I wonder if Jesse just turns himself in from the guilt. In fact, that may be how it goes down. Hank visits Jesse, tells him he knows what's going on and asks him to turn evidence against Walt.

And then Walt seeks revenge on Jesse and Hank, heh.

I loved the symbolic shot of Walt and Jesse on the couch divided by the bags of money. Great episode.

The problem for Hank is that arresting Walt is pretty well going to ruin his life as well - his career is not going to survive Heisenberg being his brother-in-law all along. He's not thinking clearly, as evidenced by crashing the car. His whole worldview, where Walt was this inoffensive loser he felt comfortable patronizing, has gone into the literal crapper.

This is exactly what I think will happen. Any way you spin it, this season is going to end horribly for somebody.

Did anyone else get the great Michael Jordan/Jay Mohr reference as the intro credits were rolling?
