They stopped sending out renewal notices in April 2016. It's been 7 and a half years, so I don't think they'll buy the "I'm not used to it yet" excuse.

How long has your registration been expired? If the last time you renewed was when they were still sending out reminders, thank your lucky stars you haven't been stopped before.

Just a couple of months. I think that the two year renewal is a little bit sneaky, as that's a lot of time to not even think about renewing. Short-circuited my internal clock by skipping a year.

Tell them the pandemic caused temporal disruptions that your brain is struggling with. Then ask that if the trial continues into tomorrow if you get the day off because it is Christmas.

If you are an AMA member you get nifty email reminders about your registration expiring and you can set up auto-renewal.

So of course I get pulled over and ticketed, because I lost track of how long I had. Can't really afford to pay this stupid thing, but I can't think of what I'd argue to try and refute it.

You can sign up for reminders (text, email etc), not just at AMA but in general (or through a registry office).

You could just add a calendar event to remind you. If it weren’t for my calendar, I’d miss a lot of things.

LOL, so whatever loser trying to hack my CP account has upped their game(but are not very smrt). I've got attacks coming from Amazon IP's now which is great because I can let Amazon know about the abuse. For some reason they didn't funnel these through untraceable VPN's, but Amazon will know who owns the account. Imagine paying money for an AWS instance to hack a forum account with an impossible password?

Dumb "hacker" is dumb.

I was expecting it would be a national park IP not a rainforest IP.

Hearing more pronunciations of Z as zee bothers me. Maybe I’m the only one.

The people who are in charge don't design these things for people with kids. That's my theory.

So if we all just start guessing Fuzz's password will it eventually just lock him out?

No, it'll just lock you out from trying to log in. The forum doesn't lock out the accounts themselves, which is -- on the whole -- a smart move.

You should see if the IP correlates to any of those weird Wikipedia edits.

Which ones? I doubt it, before these were funnelled through a VPN, it's only today AWS IP's showed up.

If you take a look at the edit history there seems to be a few PepsiFree related ones.
