Great night last night all.
It could have been better if I hadn't been under the weather.
Although we didn't win both games, it was a good night nonetheless. That second diamond, I couldn't help but steal glances at the scenery. Yes, I suppose I should have been watching the line drives going right past me at 3, but the view of the foothills, mountains in the distance and the setting sun..."sundown you better take care, if I find you've been creeping round my back door."
Sport, scenery, that noxious brew alledgedly called beer, heckling ourselves, and the company of good people.
Five of us made the long drive back to Pete's and we enjoyed the patio.
Why did we ever sit inside? Oh yeah, it's usually 4 degrees. Anyway it was still 22 when I left at 1130 ish. Looked like things were going to get out of hand when I left....conversation at the bar:
4x4: Two more schooners and 3 shooters
Jodi: I don't think you realize I am serious about closing up
4x4: I dont think you realize I am serious about drinking.
Back the patio. Still has the TV's (with sound) for the movie (Shooter), tons of flowers and a water feature. I still think it is not a fountain, but a looped audio recording from you know where.
Really enjoyed kicking back out there. But why didn't he shoot all those guys when he had them on the mountain?

That was a fun night. I wish I could've made the trek all the way to Petes, but I was just done by the end of the games.
I had that song stuck in my head all night btw, thanks for that!

Yep fun times for sure. Just going over the second game and it wasn't pretty. We had 4 baserunners!! Two of which were walks.
Here it is stats total after week 5!!
edit: fixed some errors, some hits missed in previous weeks

Three cheers for WindomURL for coming through as an emergency DD. Now bring me my truck back!! Haha me, Windom, obs and Levon lit it up (quite literally for them) last night. This morning my body reminded me that I'm 30, not 20. I can't believe it's 10am on monday and I'm still slacking off in bed. Pathetic. My knee is toast. I think I need to go to a doctor this time. Fun night, though. Looks like I'm gonna have to be real nice to Jody next week. Maybe even apologize.

a big thanks to red sky. He re-did the spreadsheet so that I can organize by any category!! So which one should I show during stats updates every week? On base % or Avg? or just switch it up? Like next week, singles and week after that RBI's?

I would say "walks" is the most interesting column. It really shows who is the most unselfish player.
