I think flames realized they needed to get more offense from the 2C position, hence the attempt to land kadri.
I think that's the area they need to improve on if they want to be a real competitor.

A big positive is that the Flames have played better and with more intensity over these last 2 periods than they did in that entire playoff series last year.
