I really think the minnows of Europe should have to qualify for this round of qualifying like all the little CONCACAF island nations do.

It has been brought up (usually after a big team puts up a number like England did today)

The little teams don't really seem to want it though, they say that they want the competition (and also the travelling supporters money)

also for a lot of the smaller countries getting to go to Wembley, the Allianz, the Bernabeu etc. are worth the defeat
