I liked Once Upon a Time in Hollywood quite a bit. I really don’t think you need to be that familiar with the Helter Skelter story to enjoy it IMO.

What's everyone's favorite Irish movie to watch? Today after the Flames game I'm thinking Leprechaun 3 when Leprechaun goes to Las Vegas.. That or Boondock Saints

I think it definitely help though, especially with the Spahn Ranch stuff and tension.

I didn't say you have to be familiar to enjoy it.

But I've spoken to multiple people who didn't know any of the real life people (Tate, Polanski, Manson) and had no knowledge of the Manson murders and it seemed like the movie fell flat for them because they didn't understand the context.

Spoiler!

Good one! I liked the suggestion of Boondock Saints, but how about 'The Guard.'

Netflix's $300M The Electric State wasn't as terrible as I've read, but Millie Bobby Brown is just the worst actress--and Chris Pratt really is a one-note actor. Those two, armed with pages and pages of ####ty dialogue really sank an otherwise entertaining popcorn flick.

I took my own advice and rewatched Sing Street and I don't recall seeing him.

I do not get her appeal at all. Playing the robot girl from small wonder in Stranger Things? Does not compute.

He's part of the music production. Didn't act in it. Sorry if I was unclear.
