Amateur! Keep noise canceling phones on hand at all times. Or ear plugs.
I've stopped leaving myself to the mercy of the other people in the room wherever I go, especially if you go to a venue where young people hang.
Peace of mind has become my number one priority these days.

This precludes you from ever complaining about leg room or seats reclining on a flight .

Yeah I would definitely never complain about leg room, nor would I need to.
For reclining seats I mentioned it's more of a grey area for me. I'm "top heavy" - my stubby legs are the root of my vertically challenged powers. Sitting down I'm eye to eye with people who are hovering around 6', a recline would be in my face as much as theirs. We're people too, dang it!

At least they won't ask you to be a pallbearer because you'd throw off the balance of the casket.

Not sure if it qualifies as objective if it's coming from a short person. It might be better to a point/degree. Also depending on what you value.
See: increased chances of developing cancer, spine problems, discomfort in most places as mentioned by Sliver, etc.
There are people who lose limbs or literally don't have a lower half who maintain a pretty positive outook. Peter Dinklage is living a pretty boss life.
It's all relative, right? You could move to Japan and bump yourself into the upper half of the population if bothers you lol.

"Swipe right if you're not at least 6 feet..."
It's nice to have the red flags so out in the open sometimes.

You could have pair for flying, 2 feet long and a normal pair for daily use and a long pair for hanging out with the guys.
Do I take this too far?
Sure.
And a pair of those springy ones to shoot your wife.
Ooh. That was too far.

Just have adjustable ones that expand and contract.
When you really want to make a point or intimidate someone, you can slowly make yourself taller as you glare down on them.

Needs to be remote controlled like Jon Stewart's podium.
