With our tenth selection in the 2008 Calgary Puck Television Draft, we here at the Patterson Corporation are pleased to select for our lineup on our new channel MQS-TV, a cartoon that helped bring anime to North America. A show that wasn’t afraid to reuse as much footage as possible, be as cheesy as possible, and be our right ridiculous. With all respect to the minute and a half intro, and two and a half minute closing credits, there probably was only a good solid 2-3 minutes of true story line per episode, yet I had to download each episode and rewatch over and over again for my viewing pleasure. With one of the greatest TV themes in history, and staring the vocal actors of Sonja Ball, Terrence Scammell, Rick Jones, and Dean Hagopian. For our Cartoon slot, we here at MQS-TV humbly select from Tatsunoko Productions, and Sotsu Agency in Japan, distributed to Youth Television in Canada by Saban, Samuri Pizza Cats.
The Pizza Cats are Samurais and I'd like to note.
Their antics take your breath away!
Like furballs in your throat.
We kittens are a special breed. We never call retreat
Whenever Big Cheese knocks us down
We land upon (blows a kiss) our feet!
So hail to thee, O Pizza Cat! Please ring your little bell! (Speedy rings his collar bell)
Although you may be pen and ink, we know you'll fight like...
PIZZA CATS!

Will it be tough for everyone to pick during the holidays.
We can have a draft break. From the 23rd to the 2nd?
If people aren't going to be online and it'll be just an abundance of asskickings, I would be on board with just giving people a holiday of sorts from the draft.
Works for me as well, but if the Flames are playing, I'm usually on here so I could probably still keep up.

I can still play, since I have to make a pick once every five days or so it is not a problem. If there are only a couple of people away they could just PM the picks, no? If it is closer to 6 then we could break.
I'm just thinking if someone notices that it is their turn, why not let them pick. We may only get 2 or 3 picks, but that is 2 or 3 more than just halting.

I could keep up. Even if it's slow, it will keep moving. In my opinion, if we take a break, most people will still be somewhat active on CP. Might as well have a few draft picks made.
What about people sending their picks in advance to you, Girly? Same rule as when a GM is going to be away, they can send their anticipated pick plus one or two alternatives. Would that create too much work, though?

Hope Ro is ok, he was pretty sick with the flu I think.
I think people should feel free to AK themselves during the break if they aren't worried about their choice being 'stolen' too.

I will apologize in advance then if I am the one that holds up the draft because of my lack of internet access. I should be okay, but figured I would just throw that out there now.
