That was probably the best half I've seen Cavalry play all year in the league. Still quite sloppy when it comes time to get a shot on target but just dominated Vancouver.

Mael Henry is a clear upgrade on Lucas Dias IMO.

Good game for the Cavs! Quite a few decent chances and they forced Irving to come up with a few good saves to stay in it.

Not a great second half for Cavalry but 3 points is 3 points. Good first impression from Wright. Back in a playoff spot.

Wright had a few good moments in his limited time in the field, but I'm also sensing that he's going to just be hanging out at the front and cherry picking. Doesn't look like the kind of guy that hustles back. Not that he has to do that, but his value lies in his finish and footwork. Has he been known to be a one-dimensional player?

Pretty solid win there, would have been nice to get a second and put the game away, but big 3 points in the end.

Trafford hit the showers right after the first half and made his way back to the bench later in street clothes with a bag of ice and a few gatorades in hand. Hopefully it's not too bad.

Henry and Camargo sure make things look less abysmal out there.

I extended a family trip so we could catch this game. The stadium is functionally really good, although a bit spartan. The only problem is the crowd. With seating on 3 sides and a safe standing section on the end, the atmosphere would be great if full.

The eagle flying out to land on the keeper's arm pre-game was freaking cool.

Pacific lost at home 3-0 to Valour today so Cavalry finish the weekend in 4th place.
