I watched the Atom Eve special and forgot completely anything that happened in it, and I still enjoyed it. Probably was better actually as more of a surprise.
Spoiler!
I do kinda wish either she or Oliver bit the dust. I don't see how Earth moves on from Invincible now. There must be a strong push to get him off the planet completely. Of course Cecil wasn't going to burn Conquest. And of course that's going to be a problem.
Enjoyed the season overall. Just pretty much non-stop action it seemed like. Attack after attack. Also, will someone just Kamehameha already?!
Mixed reaction for me on that Invincible season finale.
It was good, but I definitely wanted more to happen...especially if I have to wait a year.
Also wished I would have watched the Atom Eve special beforehand. Guess it was a little important.
I was definitely hoping we'd see Omni Man and a few other storylines move forward more.
The episode itself, even though animated, was just a gore fest. How do we make this fight as brutal as possible? I still enjoyed it as a whole, but, as Conquest wasn't a big character up until now, it felt more like a setup than a finale. It was a combo Prologue/Epilogue...which was kind of strange, but still great.
Also, Cecil, that is just not going to work out for you. I haven't read any of the comics, but:
Reacher almost done. Wheel of time just started. Like them both!
Can’t wait to watch this. I’m going on vacation for 2 weeks, so I’m going to download it and enjoy it in the sweet warm nights of the southern hemisphere!

I am hilariously annoyed at the 'week-by-week' release of Reacher.
What kind of of BS show only releases one episode a week? What the hell is this? The 'Olden Times?' The Oregon Trail? Grandma's going to catch Dysentery from the River?? She'll never see Oregon!
Gimme! Gimme! Gimme! Gimme NOW!!!

If you thought this season would have a happy ending, you haven't been paying attention.

I could have waited a long time for the most recently aired Reacher episode...

I will admit...while I love 'decadent violence' a la 'Banshee' this didn't really do much for me.
It kind of reminded me of a DC movie. Just...lots of moving and punching, it was kind of tedious.
I know it was the 'Big Bad' conclusion and everyone saw this fight coming from miles away, but I just didn't really find it that interesting.
I thought Neely was more interesting and was quietly hoping that the Boston girl would bite it. That Boston accent was so thick it was practically a caricature.
Even Matt Damon and Ben Affleck probably watched that and thought "tone it down lady!"
Wrapping it back up, I still enjoyed the season and am looking forward to more. Reacher is an interesting character.

It was good, I enjoyed it. But the fight scenes just didn't resonate for some reason.
I'd say, Banshee and Warrior are tops, but I also really liked the Netflix Punisher series.
This season of Reacher...it just felt like something was missing. Season 1 was exceptional and, don't get me wrong I liked seasons 2 and 3 but they just weren't quite 'up there.'

Agree about Reacher ..... something missing (and soundtrack not as good).
Might just be me- but I thought the last season of Reacher was the weakest by far. The main premise was ok, but as it went it got more and more ridiculous, acting was for mostly terrible, so much so that I would have stopped watching half way through if it was up to me.
Also which 80s actor was worse? Patrick Dempsey in Dexter Original Sin or Anthony Michael Hall in Reacher?
