Unfortunately doesn't have the plan view of the main floor or a second cross section showing the tiers and the seating angles. The concourses in this arena look to be 4 times wider than Rexall in some places.

4 times wider than Rexall only is about as wide as the Saddledome.

It's is slight overstatement of course, but Rexalls concourses are significantly smaller than the saddledome, both on the ends and in the sides.
