Friggin' Brady Lamb's doing really well all of a sudden. Kind of surprised personally.
Always thought he was kind of a throw in d-man who Ward was familiar with. Sort of a 7th guy to play the odd game, but he's playing extremely well. Outplaying Cundari big time.

Especially, given (as thymebalm said) the many tweets and comments on the internet calling it a dirty hit. I am not saying Alberta Beef is wrong. In fact, I'd be inclined to believe him given that he posts about the Heat quite often and seems to follow them closely. But I can also see why some might want to reserve that decision until they saw the video. It's not a big deal really...
Also, I am pretty sure you've asked for proof from a number of other posters on a variety of subjects - so you should know that it's not uncommon.

Alberta Beef saw the hit. That is his proof.
He is a Heat fan as well so why would he lie? Since when its its Alberta Beef's responsiblity to get people on here replays? Instead we are supposed to go on the fact that Eager has taken some stupid penalties recently? That seems like a solid reason to not believe a guy that has actually seen the hit and has every reason to embellish the dirtiness of it instead of calling it clean.

It's the Mo. Perhaps we should make him keep it. Jagr had the hair, Lamb has the Mo.

Cundari.....what a disappointment.
Many of us thought he was going to push for a spot on the Flames this year, and instead the guy gets healthy scratched for the farm team.
Good for Lamb though.

What has Cundari been doing or lacking to get him scratched? I was excited for his physical style.

I think Cundari showed up to camp not in the best shape....at least I remember that being discussed on the forum at the time.
If that's true, I don't think he'd be in the "good books" of anyone in the organization at this point, especially considering the emphasis they've put on being a hard working, top conditioned organization from top to bottom.

Lamb got hurt earlier in the third.....hasn't returned.
Sucks for him, and if he's out that will be Lamb, Cundari, Sieloff and Wotherspoon all out with injuries.
Plus, doesn't Breen have to return from his conditioning stint soon?

How has Byron looked with the Heat this year? He seems like a player that will get one more call up at some point this season as he's a RFA at the end of 13-14.

Ferland has been held off the score sheet so far this game, but he has three shots and by the sounds of it he's been awesome defensively tonight. So many times tonight I've heard his name, "takes the puck away", "steals the puck away"...etc

Ah dang it. MacDermit had a break away and couldn't get a handle on the puck haha. Would have been nice for him to pot one in his first Heat game.

Some nice little stats:
- This is Granlund's first multi-point professional game. He's got 12 points in his last 13 games now. That's consistency at its finest.
- The Heat's PP is operating at a 40.9% clip on this seven game road trip, which is almost unheard of.
